My Group Online is a live attendance tracking application for guided tours and group activities. The service uses Bluetooth Low Energy technology to provide offline attendance monitoring.

3. User Accounts

Guides must create accounts to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to harass, stalk, or harm others

5. Pricing and Payment

Free plans are provided as-is with no warranty. Pro plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase.

6. Limitations of Liability

My Group Online is a tool to assist with attendance tracking. It is not a safety device and should not be relied upon as the sole method of tracking group members. Users are responsible for the safety of their groups.

7. Bluetooth Technology

The service requires Bluetooth to be enabled on devices. Accuracy may be affected by physical obstacles, device compatibility, and environmental factors. We make no guarantees about detection range or reliability in all conditions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason with notice. You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
